Glenn left school at the age of 15 to work in a talent agency where he began casting at the ripe old age of 16 casting a variety of West End charity concerts.  He then went on to work with Amanda Tabak CDG as well as working freelance where he has worked on a variety of film, television, commercial and theatre projects. 

He has recently been working on a variety of short films which have gone on to be premiered at the BFI, Outfest LA, Iris Prize Film Festival and the Glasgow Short Film Festival. 

Casting some of the industry's largest names as well as discovering new talent is where Glenn is able to bring a blend of known and unknown faces to create beautiful and balanced casting. 

Glenn has also worked as a director and a producer and has amassed a wide range of industry contacts. Alongside the generic approach to casting he is experienced in child and street casting.
